"This letter is to bring your attention to outstanding customer service provided to me by your employee Mike Dickensheets. On August 20, 2011, my Harley Davidson motorcycle started having motor trouble just outside of Leesburg, but luckily I was able to get it to your shop. Although your business does not sell or service Harley Davidson's, Mr. Dickensheets tried all he could to assist me in getting the problem fixed, which without question he didn't have to take the time to do and many other businesses wouldn't have. When none of our attempts to resolve the problem worked, Mr. Dickensheets agreed to take care and keep my motorcycle at your shop until the following Tuesday when it could be towed to the dealership in Maryland where I purchased it three weeks earlier.
Having retired from the Loudoun County Sheriff's and have owned my own business since 1995, I can only say Mr. Dickensheets truly knows the meaning of customer service to partrons and should be an example to other employees of how to treat customers of your business, which unfortunately I don't see such compassion and dedication in many businesses today as we did years ago.
As a result of Mr. Dickensheets outstanding customer service, I will return for any motorcycle accessories I may need in the future. I have already told friends how I was treated by your employee and will recommend your business in the future to others. "

"Service review: Over the years of the current ownership and management I have had small engines(power equipment and generators) and bikes from 250 cc to 1800c (street and dirt) serviced at LM . The results and performance are exemplary. Carburetor tuning for seasonal effects or aftermarket pipes, installation of non-trivial suspension changes, Baja Designs kits, tuning of suspension for riding weight and riding style, mapping of fuel injection, and of course repair (addressing my errors in maintenance or upgrades). These guys really meet their deadlines or better and are always happy to discuss the changes. I wouldn't take my machines elsewhere. Although I guess I will continue to break something on my own (at least 1 time per task)."

"I had a real experience buying a pre-owned 2005 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic. It as easy to reach a deal with sales. I bought reasonably priced saddlebags and supports from the parts department after the sale. The parts tech explained how the supports went on and I had no trouble putting them on.
When I road the the bike home, I noticed that the front rotor needed to replaced. I contacted sales and service to scheulde the replacement. I got a convenient appointment to get the rotor replaced. Now the bike rides like it is brand new. I will definitely be back for spring services and my next bike."

"I just bought a bike for the first time and I made that purchase from Loudoun Motorsports for a few reasons, but the most important (to me) was the experience I had while I was there.
My father and I were greeted by Kirk Downs when we arrived but only to say hello and if we had any questions to grab him. He didn't follow us around, or hang over our shoulders, or any of the usual "sales" behavior I've experienced. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave his opinions but wasn't pushy at all. We also wandered into the helmet area so I could try some on, and the man who assisted us was very helpful, giving tips and advice, not trying to push us to buy there or buy anything, really, which made you want to give them your business!
Once I made the decision to buy, Kirk quickly located the bike and got it in to the showroom, he processed everything quickly and efficiently, and just overall left me with a positive, enjoyable buying experience. He even called me the next day to check and see how I like the bike and if I had any questions, and to let me know again that if anything came up to please call him. I would HIGHLY recommend Loudoun Motorsports based on my experience there, and especially Kirk Downs. "

We received all the parts that we ordered for Loudoun MotorSports. I would like to thank you for your patience and help in meeting our needs to get the parts to us here in Afghanistan. The job we are tasked with and the rough terrain we work in has been tough on our equipment (Polaris and Kawasaki ATVs). This equipment is a major part of gear. "I cannot say enough about this awesome business. I was recently traveling several hours out of state from PA and became stranded in Leesburg, VA when I dropped my bike in a parking lot and broke off the gear shifter. I was traveling alone and quite shaken and panicked about the mishap. My Progressive insurance roadside assistance was SO comforting and helpful and found the nearest bike shop in the local area. The shop was ready and waiting for me and treated me with such kindness and FAST service!! I was very scared to be stranded alone so far from home and it was getting to be late evening, but the shop made me feel perfectly safe and comfortable and had me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. The service man (Mike??) assured me they would have me back on the road before dark, as I had several hours left to travel. They did not have a new shifter in stock, but rigged up an excellent replacement to get me back on the road with very minimal charge and fantastic customer service. My husband was frantic back home in PA because he could not be with me through the situation, and he was (is) SOOOOO thankful for the care and service provided to me by Loudoun Motorsports. We travel through Leesburg often and will make a point of stopping into the shop when we are able, to offer our personal thanks and to give as much business to them as we possibly can. Our eternal and grateful thanks for your kindness, fast service, and for being such a wonderful help during my unnerving adventure. We cannot thank you enough!! God bless you."
