Dear Greg,

I write to say thanks for getting me back into biking. And congrats to you and your expert team that made it all so easy and enjoyable. After several months of tire kicking, I finally stopped out last Friday and said yes to that fine '93 Gold Wing that the Service Dept had taken in. And now that I've got it home and have had it out a few times, it just keeps getting better. And Spring is coming!

Although I had a Harley years back, and have been cycling quite a bit in the past few years, there was still something tugging at me every time a touring bike went by. It took a little while to get from dream to reality, but now that I've made the move, it fits and feels good.

Your MotorSports team was there to help at every point of the way. Mark, as my insider, alerted me to that good but dusty Wing sitting out back. Mike and Ben told me (and showed me) it was a diamond in the rough and had many good miles in it. Frank and Dale polished it up, literally and figuratively, with final checks to stand it tall. Terry got me through all of the paperwork with a smile. Lloyd, Jess, Kelly, and Mark were waiting to get me into the right helmet, jacket, gloves, boots and rain gear, with talk of a full line of the many accessories that I might want/need later. It was fun and efficient. Everyone had the answers I needed to my many questions. And pleasant is their constant style!

I think everyone should get into biking and I think they would do well to start at your doorstep. Thanks again for being there. And I'm sure we'll be seeing each other much more in the future.

Dear Mr. Voell,

On behalf of the Northern Virginia Trail Riders (NVTR) I would like to personally extend our thanks for your support of our annual Dual Sport Event, the Shenandoah 500, part of the Suzuki National Dual Sport Ride Series. This 2-day event covering more than 300 miles of trails and logging roads in the Blue Ridge Mountains is always well attended. This year, despite some rainy weather on Saturday, our event was a tremendous success with over 200 riders and their families and friends in attendance.

Our event would not be as successful if not for the generous support of Loudoun Motorsports. NVTR will continue to contribute proceeds from the event to support the development and maintenance of off-road trail systems in the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests and to increase riding opportunities for off road and dual sport motorcyclists in Northern Virginia.

Thank you again for your contributions and for your continued support for local racing and riding opportunities in our area.

I want to applaud your team for the way they handled the recall on my Silverwing. Your normal service manager was out and I was concerned about how long it would take the wheel and tire to come in. Your team called the very next day to say that the tire and wheel was in. Your team asked if I could bring in my bike as soon as the shop opened. The recall notice stated that I should leave the bike all day. Your service team had the bike ready in a hour.

I am relieved to know that I can ride my bike without the worries about a cracked wheel.

I have had nothing but professional service from the day I bought the bike.

Dear Sirs, I would like to take the time to send you a very appreciate THANK YOU to your service dept. I was in your area for the 2006 Rolling Thunder and my bike decided that the recterfiler would go out.

I was told there wasn't one no where to be found on Friday after noon. But your Service Dept Came though for me and got me back riding with in a few hours. Thank you so Much Guys, I made my 11th RollingThunder with your help.

I want to take a minute and again say "thanks" for your service yesterday on my '86 Goldwing. This was the first time I've taken my Goldwing to Loudoun Motorsports for service as I am a fairly new resident to Herndon and the Leesburg area. From my initial contact with Kelly in the parts department and the interaction with you in the service department my experience yesterday left me with an outstanding feeling of confidence and peace of mind.

Kelly was most accomodating in ordering the two new Dunlop tires for my Wing and your service department did an outstanding job of performing the additional services I requested. Your attention to detail on my bike is most appreciated and I will enter the 2004 riding season with a renewed feeling of confidence in the braking system and drive train of my motorcycle.

As a first time motorcycle rider and buyer, the task of shopping for a bike and gear was both a great adventure and a bit intimidating. I was lucky on two fronts - I had some good friends who offered lots of advice, and I discovered your dealership.

I made the rounds and heard the pitches. Along the way I encountered the folks who wanted to sell me more bike than I wanted, didn't have the time of day, operated more like used car salesman, or had shops with no merchandise. So I looked outside my immediate area and traveled out a few times to your dealership. Glad I did. Helpful, patient, and informative salespeople, fair prices, and a 'take your time' approach landed my business.

Just wanted you to know, you've hit it right on sales, accessories, and service. I'll be back again - I have caught the motorcycling bug and now know that happiness will require multiple bikes in the garage!
